Common sense, right?
I mean I personally don't want to get involved. All that's will happen is that there will be a bunch of arguments, the administration will never admit it may of made a mistake, and no matter how much of the community that gets involved the admin will get their way.
The action that needs to be taken here (rather than above mentioned) is for *neoliquid to probably take down the deviation in question and apologise to `liquify I understand that he is probably within the rules to have it in his gallery but it was rather rude of him to re-create a batty without `liquify's permission and the polite thing for him to do would be to follow the above actions.
some of the dA staff quit right after jark was terminated and still supoort him to this day and await his return. everyone was unhappy that jark was terminated, there was a huge uproar over the whole event. And yes, neoliquid should take it down.
