He was found dead in a Bangkok Hotel. Details are still emerging on how.
[link]<UPDATE> Apparently, he committed suicide. He was found hanging by a rope around his neck. </UPDATE>
I watched this guy on
Kung Fu (which was one of my all time favourite shows on TV) during my childhood days. I remember, sitting down every Sunday night to watch the show. The storyline and his acting really pulled me into watching the show. It's sad to see when your childhood idols/heroes fade away... and especially in the way David Carradine has. He also starred as Bill in the
Kill Bill movies. He was such a great actor. He will be surely missed. RIP grasshopper.
China has blocked websites like Twitter, Hotmail, and many others to prevent media coverage on the 20th anniversary of this incident. Can you believe what tool (one of many) the Chinese government is using to prevent any media coverage at Tiananmen Square? They are using umbrellas. Yes, umbrellas. I wonder who in the Chinese government came up with this irritatingly brilliant idea?!
