only subscribed deviants can use it sadly :(
all you gotta do is type in :thumbxxxxxxxx: where xxxxxxxx is the deviation number. You can find out a deviation's number by viewing it, and you'll see the number in your address bar (thats the last few numbers in the url)

to know how to post a thumbnail go here ---> FAQ #80: Can I add thumbnails to my journal?
but remember, you have to be subscribed to dA. Ordinary users won't have this feature

the pink one is for valentines. It had to be either pink or red 'coz the more traditional colours for valentines day. I have done 2 versions for "I'm a virgin" alone
